These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Travixan, a health and wellness platform based in Yangon, Saskatchewan, Myanmar.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately. Your continued use of our services after any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.

Travixan provides online yoga instruction, learning programs, and wellness resources specifically designed for beginners. Our platform offers educational content, guided sessions, and community features to support your yoga journey.

As a user of Travixan's platform, you agree to use our services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your account security and all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Activities:

All content on the Travixan platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio recordings, software, and instructional materials, is the exclusive property of Travixan or our licensed content providers. This content is protected by Myanmar and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Usage Rights:

• Personal, non-commercial use of our content for your yoga practice and learning
• Download of materials specifically designated as downloadable for offline use
• Sharing of your own progress and experiences using our platform on social media (with proper attribution)

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and damages.

Our platform and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travixan disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Travixan, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account by contacting our customer service team or through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that we determine to be harmful to our platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access our services will cease immediately. However, certain provisions of these terms, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive termination.

Effect of Termination:

• Immediate loss of access to premium content and learning programs
• Retention of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Continued applicability of intellectual property and confidentiality obligations
• No refund of prepaid fees unless required by applicable consumer protection laws

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Myanmar applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan.

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or disputes. Many issues can be resolved through direct communication with our customer service team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing litigation. The mediation shall be conducted in Yangon, Saskatchewan, in accordance with the mediation rules of the Law Society of Saskatchewan.
